1. Return & Exchange Window:

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window for all unused and unworn items. Simply initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Our team carefully inspects each item before it is shipped to ensure the highest quality standards. In the rare case of a defect, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

2. Hassle-Free Refunds & Exchanges:

 

Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria. We process refunds and exchanges fairly, with the following considerations:

  • Outward shipping charges (for sending the item to you) and return shipping costs (for picking up the item) will be deducted.
  • If any items are missing or misplaced during the return process, we will deduct the full value of those items. This includes any free gifts or promotional products.

To make things easier for you, after all deductions, you will receive a coupon code equal to the remaining refund value, which can be used for your next purchase. Along with the coupon code, we will provide a detailed bill that clearly explains each deduction.

 

3. Easy Return Process:

 

Returning or exchanging a product is simple. You can submit a request directly from our website or app, or contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Please ensure that you’re available for the reverse pick-up and responsive to calls from the delivery partner to avoid delays.

For areas where reverse pick-up is not available, you may send the product via an alternative courier service (such as India Post). We will reimburse up to ₹70 of your return shipping costs. Any additional shipping charges over ₹70 will be deducted from the refund.

 

4. Protection Against Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We require a 360-degree unpacking video as evidence of the defect, ensuring transparency on both sides. If there is clear evidence of tampering or damage during transit, we will ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
